Contract Manager (Leasehold Buildings)

London Bridge, Park Street - 2 days in office, 3 days remote working (will need to attend site visits when required)

Up to £51,700

Hyde is looking for a Contract Manager (Leasehold Buildings) to join our Managing Agent Team in Customer Operations. This is a great opportunity to help make sure leasehold buildings are well managed, safe and compliant.

In this role, you’ll work with managing agents, freeholders, resident management companies and teams across Hyde. You’ll check that services are being delivered properly, keep important records up to date, challenge costs where needed and help resolve issues for residents.

Key Duties

  • Work with managing agents, freeholders, resident management companies and Right to Manage companies.
  • Check that managing agents are meeting contract terms, service standards and legal requirements.
  • Keep building safety, compliance, ownership and management records accurate and up to date.
  • Review service charge budgets, accounts, management fees and major works costs to make sure they are fair and good value.
  • Help resolve complex service issues, complaints, contract problems and compliance concerns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
