Overview

Join Greencells – Shaping the Future of Renewable Energy

Greencells is one of Europe’s leading solar EPC providers, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale solar projects across the continent. As part of our international team, you will help drive the energy transition by ensuring that our projects are built on a strong contractual and legal foundation.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Contract Manager to strengthen our Legal and Project teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in international solar EPC projects, manage complex contracts, and support Greencells’ continued growth in Europe.

Your mission

  • Lead contract negotiations with EPC subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage and administer subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with obligations, working closely with Project Management on contractual terms, deadlines, and budgets
  • Support senior lawyers in claims management, dispute resolution, and other legal matters
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and report on contract metrics to management
  • Ensure all contracts meet applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, EPC partners and subcontractors

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably German or Common Law)
  • Fluency in English; German and additional European languages are an advantage
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in contract management, ideally within relevant European markets
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. FIDIC), subcontracts, purchase orders, and supply agreements; experience in the renewable or solar energy sector is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and projects concurrently
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in cross-functional, international environments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, SharePoint, and e-signature tools (e.g. DocuSign, Adobe Sign)
  • Experience with project management tools and/or contract management systems is considered an asset

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

With more than 190 completed projects and over 4.1 GWp of installed capacity, we are one of Europe’s leading EPC and O&M providers for utility-scale solar power. We provide engineering, construction and technical O&M services for grid-connected PV plants in Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Romania and Hungary – efficiently, reliably, and always looking ahead.

What drives us:

We build clean energy solutions for a better tomorrow.

It’s not just a line – it’s what we stand for.

And how we work reflects that: We take ownership. We listen, think ahead and act with purpose. We stay pragmatic when things get complex. And we’ve got each other’s backs when it matters. For us, quality isn’t a commitment – it’s a mindset.

Whether you manage projects, design systems, balance books or shape communications – you’ll find freedom here, not rigid structures. Your ideas matter. Your initiative is welcome. And your impact is tangible – in results, in teams, in the energy transition.

At Greencells, you’ll work in intercultural, interdisciplinary teams – with flat hierarchies, real ownership and the chance to make your mark. Flexible working models, mutual trust and opportunities to grow are just as much a part of our culture as the shared ambition to move forward – professionally and personally.

If that sounds like the kind of place you’re looking for – we’d love to get to know you.
