Are you looking for a new role within the cleaning sector? Do you have a proven background within a leadership role? If so we are keen to hear from you!

We are looking for a new Assistant Contract Manager to join us onsite with our client. Within this role, you'd be responsible and take accountability for the provision of Cleaning Services across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • You'd drive the strategic development of the account, by supporting and developing an operational delivery team capable to achieve and exceed our clients expectations and account performance metrics.
  • Manage the stakeholder’s expectation and ensure a high level of service performance across the onsite teams.
  • Drive and measure with operational teams, full compliance with KPI and audit requirements.
  • Application and development of industry best practice to assigned locations on site.
  • Endorsing new Company initiatives and ensuring they are implemented.
  • To ensure the recruitment and retention of a core group of competent capable cleaning operatives and janitors to deliver best in class cleaning solution.
  • To ensure all staff are fully trained in cleaning techniques including Health and Safety and to ensure that documentary evidence of same.
  • Ensuring that communication across the campus is maximised at all levels and represents the professional image of the Company.

What we are looking for

  • Do you have excellent communication skills? Both verbal and written?
  • Do you have experience within Change Management? Having a proven background with the ability to identify, implement and manage change?
  • Do you have an extensive experience in client relationship management?
  • Do you have a a proven background within a leader role?
  • Are you comfortable working alone and as part of a team?
