Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related field;
  • Proven experience in contract Management, Commercial Management, project Management or a similar role;
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, customer relations, project management, finance and related tools;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & SharePoint;
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.

What we can accomplish together:

We invite you to join Kontron Transportation as a Contract Manager. You will support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating and managing contractual, legal, financial and operational risks with all project stakeholders.

Key Tasks include:

  • Analyse the project as a whole and identify key points to mitigate contractual and legal risks;
  • Explain contractual obligations and make binding terms accessible to project stakeholders;
  • Manage customer and partner contracts and monitor compliance with contractual commitments;
  • Identify and process contractual changes, risks and opportunities with Operations, Pre-sales and Sales teams;
  • Prepare contractual documents, project progress reports and inputs for customer or partner meetings;
  • Analyse claims from customers, suppliers and service providers and support escalation procedures;
  • Prepare company claims and collect supporting information in coordination with the Legal Department where required;
  • Advise Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, Finance and Sales teams on contractual matters;
  • Propose corrective measures and process improvements to support contractual performance;
  • Support partner agreements, project closure documentation and post-project review activities;
  • Setting up governance as per Frame Agreement and chairing the meetings;
  • Dispute Resolution management;
  • Managing interaction with remedial adviser;
  • Managing virtual library and access rights
