We are partnering with a leading Telecommunications company to recruit an experienced Contract Manager.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Contract & Commercial Performance, you will lead the execution and lifecycle management of power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts. In this pivotal commercial role, you will balance strategic portfolio growth with operational contract delivery, driving customer satisfaction, enforcing service level agreement (SLA), mitigating commercial risk, and optimizing revenue generation across the mobile infrastructure portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize contract lifecycle management.
- Evaluate contract proposals and deliver strategic recommendations aligned with business priorities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing customer accounts.
- Provide strategic guidance and facilitate clear communication across senior leadership, internal teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of active PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed timelines and specifications.
- Proactively monitor performance against SLAs, mitigating risks to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee all contract amendments, variations, renewals, and dispute resolutions in accordance with policy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Technical Experts, Strategic Account Leads, New Business Managers, Legal, Finance, and Operational teams.
- Prepare and present reports on contract performance, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and strategic initiatives.
- Support regulatory, health & safety, environmental, business continuity, and information security standards.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, recordkeeping, and conduct continuous improvement audits.

What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years of contract management experience within telecommunications, technology, or digital infrastructure sector.
- Experience managing complex commercial contracts through their full lifecycle with enterprise or public sector customers.
- Direct experience and familiarity with PaaS, IaaS, or CaaS models.
- Degree in Business, Commercial Management, Law, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional certification in contract or commercial management (e.g., WCC, CIPS, CCCM, or NEC qualifications) is a bonus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
