Contract Manager - Water Industry
Location: Tidworth / Aldermarston covering the South Region, with bi-monthly travel to Gibraltar
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus car / car allowance & Veolia Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What Will You Be Doing?
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the management of the Gibraltar water contract while supporting regional growth initiatives. You will:

- Oversee operational delivery
- Manage a dedicated team
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements
Additional responsibilities include:
- Preparing performance reports for management and clients
- Managing the Gibraltar water contract to ensure all objectives are met
- Overseeing operational and maintenance activities across 2 sites
- Conducting bi-monthly face-to-face meetings with clients
- Managing team performance, training, and health & safety
- Tracking contract milestones, deadlines and deliverables
- Processing invoicing and payment activities
- Commercial management to meet budget targets (£700k P&L responsibility)
- Managing contract amendments, variations and change orders
- Conducting performance reviews and audits
- Supporting growth projects within the region
- Ensuring water quality compliance and health & safety requirements
- Maintaining contract documentation and audit trails
What Are We Looking For?
Essential Experience
- Proven Track Record: Experience in a similar contract management role
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of water operations and water quality
- Senior Maintenance Background: Experience in senior/complex maintenance roles
- Water Industry Expertise: Contract management experience within the water industry
