Connections Contract Manager
📍 Warwick (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
📅 12-Month Contract
Salary: starting at £40k per annum
We’re working with a major organisation at the forefront of the UK’s energy transition to recruit a Connections Contract Manager to join their Connections Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the connection of low-carbon technologies to the UK’s high-voltage electricity network — playing a key role in the transition to a cleaner, more sustainable energy system. From wind farms to solar projects, you’ll help manage the contractual and stakeholder relationships that enable major infrastructure projects to move forward.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing contracts and customer relationships across electricity connection projects
- Acting as a key contact for customers and stakeholders across the energy sector
- Handling contractual queries, risks, and issue resolution
- Supporting projects from initiation through to completion
- Working collaboratively across internal and external stakeholder groups
- Supporting leadership within the Connections team and representing the function in meetings
- Helping drive improvements and positive change across processes and delivery

What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in contract management, account management, or stakeholder-facing delivery roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, customer queries, and complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence working within regulated or complex operational environments
- Understanding of the UK energy industry or regulated frameworks is advantageous
- Knowledge of frameworks such as Grid Code, STC, or CUSC would be beneficial but not essential
- Passion for supporting the UK’s transition to net zero
