Freelance Paid Social Account Manager | £250 per day | Outside IR35
3-Month Contract | Central London | Hybrid Working
I'm currently working with a growing independent agency that is looking for an experienced Freelance Paid Social Account Manager to join its team on an initial 3-month contract.
You'll be working on a well-known restaurant chain, taking ownership of paid social campaigns across the major platforms and working closely with a small, collaborative agency team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong agency experience who is confident managing campaigns end to end and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other major social platforms.
- Take ownership of campaign planning, setup, activation and ongoing optimisation.
- Manage campaign budgets and performance to deliver against client objectives.
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop creative and audience testing strategies.
- Provide regular reporting, insights and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
- Strong, demonstrable paid social experience within an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across the major paid social platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns independently, from initial setup through to reporting and optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
- Confident communication and client management skills.
- The ability to thrive in a small agency environment and hit the ground running.
- Strong professional references from previous agency roles or freelance contracts.
