Contract Performance Coordinator
We have an opportunity for a Contract Performance Coordinator to join our Metering Department. In the role you will support the Contract and Performance Manager to develop and maintain relationships with Non Household retailers for who we provide meter reading services.
The role involves analysing meter reading performance to ensure service expectations are met. This includes overseeing the invoicing process, addressing enquiries and conducting performance reviews.
Monitoring performance of passive AMR infrastructure and associated 3rd party contracts and escalate areas of concern to the Contracts & Performance Manager. Developing creative and innovative performance solutions to maximise passive meter reading performance.
You will also collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement of the meter reading and field services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop collaborative and professional relationships with contracted retailers who we provide meter reading services for, ensuring effective and efficient service
- Ensuring all activities are compliant with Competition Law
- Manage monthly invoicing for meter reading services provided
- Work with 27 local councils who we have partnerships with to review performance of our passive AMR infrastructure
- General performance analysis of automated meter reading services to drive improvements in performance and maximise AMR capability
- Produce and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and scorecards
- Conduct general performance analysis of the meter reading department
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and highlight potential risks

What You'll Bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience producing reports, analysing performance data, and presenting findings.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Good working knowledge of core systems including Temetra, Walto and Alto
- Proficiency in managing invoicing processes in SAP and addressing related enquiries

Qualifications
- GCSE level Grade C or equivalent in Maths
