We’re looking for a Contract Pricing Coordinator to join our Business Services team at our Gloucester head office. Reporting to the Head of Business Services, this role focuses on managing and controlling pricing across our contract portfolio.

The role exists to ensure contractual price increases are identified and applied at the correct points, and that under-priced contracts are identified and escalated for commercial review.

What The Role Involves

Managing contract price increases

  • Managing all contract anniversary price increases in line with agreed inflation indices, internal pricing strategy, and contract terms
  • Identifying upcoming price increases in advance and progressing them on time
  • Working with internal teams to make sure updated pricing is implemented correctly and communicated where required

Reviewing and analysing contract pricing

  • Analysing regional and locally held contracts to identify under-priced agreements, margin erosion, and legacy pricing
  • Producing data-led analysis to support commercial decisions
  • Supporting Sales teams with contract renegotiations by providing pricing rationale, historical context, and supporting analysis

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
