We’re looking for a Contract Pricing Coordinator to join our Business Services team at our Gloucester head office. Reporting to the Head of Business Services, this role focuses on managing and controlling pricing across our contract portfolio.
The role exists to ensure contractual price increases are identified and applied at the correct points, and that under-priced contracts are identified and escalated for commercial review.
What The Role Involves
Managing contract price increases
- Managing all contract anniversary price increases in line with agreed inflation indices, internal pricing strategy, and contract terms
- Identifying upcoming price increases in advance and progressing them on time
- Working with internal teams to make sure updated pricing is implemented correctly and communicated where required
Reviewing and analysing contract pricing
- Analysing regional and locally held contracts to identify under-priced agreements, margin erosion, and legacy pricing
- Producing data-led analysis to support commercial decisions
- Supporting Sales teams with contract renegotiations by providing pricing rationale, historical context, and supporting analysis

Tracking, reporting and governance
- Creating and maintaining a central pricing tracker covering contract details, anniversary dates, price increases, actions, and customer feedback
- Keeping the tracker up to date as the single source of pricing information
- Providing regular updates to management on progress, delays, risks, and customer objections
Working with stakeholders
- Supporting regional and locally held customer accounts
- Providing pricing and analytical support to national account contracts when required
- Acting as a coordination point between Sales, Operations, and Business Services for pricing activity
Essential
About you:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to interpret contract terms and pricing schedules
- Experience managing trackers, reports, and structured data (Excel or equivalent)
- Confident communication skills
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Desirable
- Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, contract management, or revenue assurance
- Understanding of service-based contracts and inflation-linked pricing
- Experience working with Sales or Account Management teams
Skills
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Proficient in MS Office / Office 365 and able to learn new systems
