What We’re Looking For..... We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive Contract Processing Agent to join our Customer Loyalty team. This role is key to making sure off-boarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently, while ensuring customers receive a smooth and professional experience. You’ll be: ✔ Exceptionally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to work ✔ Able to juggle multiple admin tasks without breaking a sweat ✔ A strong communicator who works well across teams ✔ A problem-solver who can spot issues and suggest improvements ✔ Comfortable working independently but loves being part of a collaborative team What you'll need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in a fast-paced admin or processing environment Ability to multitask and manage multiple steps of a process simultaneously Strong time management and organisational abilities Proven ability to work independently with accuracy and persistence Excellent attention to detail and a passion for getting things right Capable of solving problems and suggesting improvements where needed Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) What's in it for you?
