We’re looking for an experienced contract recruiter to join Impax Recruitment and build our Contract Division from the ground up. This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit someone else’s way of doing things.
You’ll have the autonomy to build the division your way, backed by unlimited resources from day one to make it successful.
You’ll be responsible for building the client base, winning contract business, developing the strategy and ultimately hiring and leading your own team. We already operate across some of the fastest-growing areas of technology, including:

What we’re looking for:
Someone with a proven track record in contract recruitment who knows how to win business, build relationships and generate revenue. Ideally, you’ve built or managed a contract desk before and now want the opportunity to build something you can genuinely call your own. There’s no ceiling on what this division can become.
Strong base salary + uncapped commission + leadership incentives.
