We’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our Talent team at PolyAI and help us through an influx of hiring across the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can come in, hit the ground running and own searches from day one. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of roles spanning GTM — with a particular focus on Marketing — and Engineering, hiring across the US, UK and Canada.
You’ll Need To Have
- Strong in-house recruiting experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS / technology business
- Proven experience recruiting across both GTM and technical/Engineering roles — this is essential
- Strong Marketing recruiting experience, ideally across a range of disciplines and levels
- Experience hiring across multiple geographies, ideally including the US, UK and Canada
- Confidence running the full recruitment lifecycle: intake and calibration, sourcing, candidate management, stakeholder management, offers and closing
- The ability to work independently, move quickly and manage multiple searches at once
- Strong direct sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines without relying on agencies
- Excellent stakeholder management and the judgement to challenge or recalibrate a search when needed

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
