Contract Recruitment Consultant | Life Sciences
Location: Brighton / Crawley (Hybrid) or UK-based

RBW Consulting is looking for an experienced Life Sciences Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
This is not a role for someone who simply fills jobs. We're looking for someone who has built, developed and grown a specialist contract recruitment desk, understands how to create a market presence within a chosen vertical, and has a proven track record of winning and retaining business. You will have the freedom to own your market, build your brand within it, and become a recognised specialist while leveraging RBW's established reputation across the global life sciences sector.
What We're Looking For
- ✅ Demonstrable experience building a successful contract recruitment desk within Life Sciences
- ✅ Clear market specialism and strategic vertical focus (e.g. Clinical, Biometrics, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, Data, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain etc.)
- ✅ Proven business development success, including winning new clients directly
- ✅ Experience growing and maintaining a consistent contract book
- ✅ Strong understanding of contractor management, rate negotiations and client relationship development
- ✅ Ability to identify market opportunities and create a structured plan for desk growth
- ✅ Self-sufficient recruiter capable of developing long-term client partnerships

- Becoming a recognised market expert within your chosen niche
