This is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of a high-growth contract recruitment desk in the USA, backed by an established client base, a senior team of experienced consultants, and the tools and training to help you hit the ground running.
At Fruition Group, we work with some of the most exciting technology and advanced engineering businesses across the UK, Ireland, EU, and USA. We're expanding our contract function into the US market, and we're looking for an ambitious, experienced 360 recruitment consultant to lead that charge.
The average deal size across our team is currently £40,000, supported by a commission structure with no thresholds, and our most recent contract deal was $90k+. The earning potential here is genuinely life-changing.
The Opportunity
This is your opportunity to grow and lead a contract recruitment desk in the US, but it's not a cold start. We've got live contract roles right now, off the back of a record-breaking quarter, record-breaking months, and contract deals already landing at $90k+.
Working alongside some of our biggest billers, you'll take full ownership of the desk, focused on the US Advanced Engineering, Advanced Air Mobility, and Aerospace & Defence sectors.
You'll leverage our existing embedded client relationships to start delivering from day one, while building your own network, winning new business, and laying the foundations for a team around you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
