At Hanson Regan, an award-winning SAP & IT recruitment consultancy, you’ll lead a team of 360 contract consultants, set the standard for how we win new clients and deliver skills and resource to partners and consultancies. We’re growing fast, and you’ll help shape how.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading from the front. Coach and motivate a team of consultants, from junior to experienced, through one-to-ones, pipeline reviews and honest performance conversations.
  • Winning new business. Lead on outbound prospecting, networking and referrals, and support your team on senior client conversations.
  • Staying hands-on. Run your own desk across the full cycle, including headhunting for executive and specialist SAP roles.
  • Protecting margin. Negotiate rates and terms and coach your team to do the same.
  • Owning the numbers. Drive team revenue and deal targets and keep the CRM sharp and up to date.
  • Growing the team. Onboard new starters and help shape hiring as we expand.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally SAP, IT or ERP, with a strong track record of billing against target and winning new accounts
  • Experience leading, coaching or mentoring others, whether as a team leader or a senior consultant ready to step up
  • Solid knowledge of contract markets: day rates, IR35 and vendor management systems
  • A consultative style, high energy and strong influencing and negotiation skills
