Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering great customer outcomes and building strong relationships with partners and suppliers? We're looking for a Contract Coordinator to join Legal & General Affordable Homes, supporting the delivery of high-quality outsourced housing management services across our growing portfolio. This would be on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of a purpose-driven business, helping to ensure customers receive an outstanding experience while supporting the effective management of key supplier and management provider relationships. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the business, coordinate critical operational processes and develop specialist expertise in contract management within the affordable housing sector.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating performance reporting cycles, reviews, site visits and meetings across the supplier network
  • Supporting Contract Managers and Finance colleagues by coordinating reporting returns, payment cycles and key operational deadlines
  • Producing performance analysis and management information, highlighting risks and areas of strong performance
  • Coordinating contract change activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring providers are informed of updates
  • Supporting the onboarding of new homes by coordinating information sharing with Management Providers, Customer Care teams and project stakeholders
  • Managing invoicing and purchase order processes for the Contract Management team
  • Supporting re-sales and staircasing approvals, maintaining contract documentation and helping to deliver an excellent customer experience across the portfolio

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
