Property Management Team Member
To work as part of our Property Management Team ensuring excellent relations between Dexters and our chosen contractors by taking control of their initial induction/approval through to managing the relationship and prompt and successful payment of invoices.
Location: Mayfair
Salary: £30,000-£34,000 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- As part of the Tenancy and Property Management Teams, provide consistently excellent service to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio.
- Ensure all preferred suppliers/contractors are checked and reviewed in-line with our Contractor Account Management Scheme (CAMS).
- Act as main point of contact between our contractors and Dexters.
- Ensure contractors are added to Fixflo efficiently.
- Initial and ongoing ‘Fixflo’ coach for contractors.
- Regular Fixflo checks ensuring best practice is followed by all Property Management teams, jobs are closed in a timely manner prompting correct and prompt payment of invoices.
- Act as liaison between key contractors and property management teams in event of a misunderstanding.
- Responsible for resolving invoices queries including any legal action taken and regular reviews of costs ensuring consistency and good value for our Landlords.
- Assist with overdue contractor statements.
- Ensure good communication between contractors and Dexters teams including Offices, Property Management and Client Accounts.

Requirements
- An excellent understanding of all areas of property management and relevant legislations
- Proficient with Excel and Google sheets
- Lead by example, demonstrating a ‘Nothing is too much trouble’ culture
- Able to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Act as an ambassador for the company and coach for the team
- A team-player who is willing to take responsibility for their own decisions
- ARLA and IRPM qualified

- Has a professional approach, demonstrating high levels of integrity
- Highly organised & able to prioritise a varied workload
- Confident, with excellent communication skills
