Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring all contractual obligations, deadlines and commercial requirements are understood and met.
  • Review, draft, revise and negotiate contracts, terms and conditions, NDAs, amendments and other commercial documentation.
  • Identify contractual and commercial risks, providing clear advice and recommendations to senior leaders and internal teams.
  • Negotiate terms with customers while protecting the organisation’s commercial interests and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Challenge unfavourable terms and confidently push back on contractual requests where appropriate.
  • Review customer purchase orders against existing framework agreements and long-term agreements.
  • Support the management of contractual matters relating to pricing, indexation, delivery obligations and late-delivery penalties.
  • Investigate and resolve contractual claims, disputes and escalations by gathering and analysing the relevant information.

  • Work closely with operations, finance, procurement and legal teams to understand delivery challenges and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and a clear audit trail of changes, negotiations and approvals.
  • Support compliance with UK and international contractual, regulatory and data-protection requirements.
  • Act as a trusted commercial point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
