About FC Urban
FC Urban is the urban football platform. We run flexible football sessions across 13 European cities and are building the tools that get people, companies and communities onto the pitch.
The Role
We're hiring a contract Sales Representative to bring more companies and football organisers onto FC Urban. You'll run the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery calls to proposal and close, using our existing playbook.
What You'll Do
- Own outreach and conversion for company groups and organiser leads
- Lead every conversation with a specific venue, time and price
- Take leads from first reply to a paid booking
- Log activity in our sales tracker: leads, calls, proposals, closes
- Share what's working with the team so we improve our messaging every week

What Counts as a Close
The client accepts the proposal, their first payment is received, and the deal is logged.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience (B2B, events, memberships or similar) is required, and outbound experience is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound sales: cold outreach, following up, handling objections
- Self-motivated and able to work independently against clear targets
- A strong communicator, confident representing a growing brand
- A genuine enthusiasm for football, community and what FC Urban is building
- Preferably based in the UK
