Are you experienced in managing complex information, contracts, documentation, or large datasets? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail are critical?

We're recruiting for a Property Portfolio & Lease Manager to join a leading international retail business within its Property Asset Management team. While property experience is welcomed, we're equally interested in professionals from backgrounds such as contracts management, legal services, compliance, finance, data management, administration, governance, operations, or portfolio management who are confident managing large volumes of information and contractual documentation. This is an initial 9-month contract.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in overseeing and maintaining critical lease and property information across a substantial UK and international portfolio. Working closely with Property, Finance, Legal teams, and external stakeholders, you'll ensure records, contractual obligations, key dates, and business-critical information are managed accurately and effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
