Job Title: Contract Support 12 month FTC

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Contract Support to join the team located in Reading.

Role Summary

As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled and supporting the BDM with the negotiation and closing of sales opportunities.

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Understand the scope of the contract and ensure all work is carried out accordingly.
  • Act as a financial and operational systems champion and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximise customer and financial savings targets.
  • Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works and manage subcontractor paperwork.
  • Review processed invoices and ensure accurate cost centre coding. Coordinate billing applications, calculate margins, raise invoices, and submit them to clients. Work closely with site teams and head office to ensure accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders.
  • Review and approve maintenance billing invoices and projects in line with contracted agreements. Ensure consistent delivery of core operational and financial outputs on the account.
  • Respond to inquiries relating to financial reports, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and open purchase orders.
  • Deliver monthly reporting support for Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including HSE reporting and promoting a safe work environment. Maintain QHSE documentation and ensure it is available through company systems.
  • Gather and analyse data to identify and resolve complex issues that arise with little or no precedent and recommend new techniques where appropriate.
  • Support your own team and other teams whose activities are closely related.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve team efficiency.

  • A degree or qualification in Finance, or experience within a Finance role, is preferred.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex information in a concise and logical manner.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced mathematical skills with the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, markups, and other financial metrics.
