Job Title: Contract Support Administrator

Location: London Borough of Hackney – Maurice Bishop House, London

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour (PAYE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)

Contract: Temporary Assignment – 10 March 2026 to 20 June 2026

Positions Available: 2

We are currently recruiting for two Contract Support Administrators to assist the facilities management team supporting a large public sector contract within the London Borough of Hackney.

This role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support to the contract management and engineering teams, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance works are coordinated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the contract management team with daily administrative tasks
  • Scheduling and booking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  • Liaising with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate maintenance activities
  • Chasing updates on outstanding jobs and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales
  • Updating internal systems with job progress and completion details
  • Assisting with general contract administration and reporting

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in contract support, facilities administration, or service coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience liaising with contractors, engineers, or maintenance teams
  • Good IT skills and ability to update job tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a busy office environment

Assignment Details

  • Immediate start available
  • Temporary assignment running until June 2026
  • Based within the London Borough of Hackney offices
  • Standard office hours 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

This position would suit someone with experience supporting facilities management or maintenance contracts who is comfortable coordinating engineers and managing service requests.
