Why Join Us

Location: Redditch

Keep operations moving and ensure exceptional service delivery

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Contract Support Coordinator to join our team supporting a national facilities management contract.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in coordinating suppliers, subcontractors and purchasing activities to ensure works are delivered efficiently, compliantly and within agreed service levels. You'll support operational teams by managing orders, quotations, supplier performance and system updates, helping to ensure outstanding service for both clients and customers.

If you enjoy working with people, managing multiple priorities and delivering high levels of accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Contract Support Coordinator, you will:

  • Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring the correct parts and services are sourced at the best value and delivered within required timescales.
  • Prepare and submit quotations for client approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to support reactive maintenance and planned works delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records across business systems, ensuring all orders, deliveries, costs and work orders are updated in a timely manner.
  • Monitor order progress, supplier performance and delivery schedules, proactively resolving issues that may impact service delivery.
  • Support the management of invoice queries and supplier disputes, helping to reduce aged debt and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Operational teams to address issues early and improve overall service performance.
  • Maintain supplier and subcontractor documentation, records and reporting information to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Validate and quality-check large volumes of data and information, ensuring high standards of accuracy at all times.
  • Produce reports and management information to support operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Support departmental KPI and SLA performance through effective coordination, prioritisation and communication.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and subcontractors, representing the business professionally at all times.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support wider team objectives as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
