Contract Support Coordinator, Northampton (NN4 5FB)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Contract Support Coordinator to join our team at our Grange Park 3 site in Northampton. As Contract Support Coordinator, you will support the Lead Contract Manager and Contract Manager in providing appropriate administrative support and operational information relating to activities undertaken within the Network Transport customer accounts.
Working Monday to Friday, this is a fully onsite role with a salary of £35,500 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
Operational
- Liaise with drivers, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure that customer deliveries and queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Escalate any potential issues to your line manager in a timely manner.
- Work in collaboration with the Operations and Customer Service teams to investigate delivery issues and customer failures and ensure that effective corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Support the Lead Contract Manager and Contract Manager with new business implementations, as well as the continual management and development of existing customer accounts.
Administrative
- Assist in collating monthly & quarterly customer review packs.
- Attend customer reviews when requested.
- Produce ad hoc operational performance reports when delivery service levels fall below contractual KPIs.
- Support the Contract Management team through identifying performance trends and sharing insights with the Network Transport Operations team to drive continuous improvement.
- Support with general administration, reporting and data analysis as required to demonstrate the effective running of the operation.
Customer Service
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships, both internally and externally, supporting professional and effective communication between all parties.
- Work alongside the contract management team to identify repeat customer queries or operational failures and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Health and Safety
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times, including PPE, safe systems of work etc, escalating any concerns to your line manager at the earliest opportunity.

Continuous Improvement
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in business operation and customer service, supporting with any implementation activities as required.
Key requirements:
- Good level of general education.
- English literate and numerate.
- Good level of IT skills – Microsoft Applications and TEAMs (AS400 and/or Vision is an advantage).
- Good experience of understanding of Warehousing and Transport.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure to multiple tight deadlines.
- Well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Team player who can work well on own initiative.
