Join Sowga as a Contract Support
Sowga is looking for an organised and proactive Contract Support professional to join our Service Team and provide essential administrative and coordination support across our North Region.
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll work closely with Service Managers, engineers, Accounts and our clients, helping to keep jobs moving, information up to date and our service operations running smoothly.
It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, working with different teams and taking ownership of getting things done.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the Service Department, including:
- Supporting Service Managers with preparing and issuing customer quotations.
- Uploading electronic service reports and keeping job records up to date within our job management system.
- Raising purchase orders and work orders for subcontractors and other required services.
- Supporting the Accounts team with weekly invoicing reports.
- Producing reports and information required by the Management Team.
- Learning and using our job management system to support scheduling, logging and closing callouts and compliance tasks.
- Liaising with clients by phone and email, responding to queries and arranging works.
- Providing support and cover for colleagues within the wider Contract Support team when required.
- Assisting with incoming calls and general service administration when needed.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable managing a variety of tasks and priorities.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in an administration, contract support, service support or coordination role.
- Experience using job management or similar operational software.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- A methodical and accurate approach to your work.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Working Arrangements
The role is based on a hybrid working arrangement
Working hours will operate on a rota between:
- 8:00am–4:00pm
or - 9:00am–5:00pm
Both schedules include a 30-minute lunch break, with timings coordinated across the team.
