What You'll Be Doing

You'll be leading a team of contract support staff and helpdesk operatives, with responsibility for multiple workstreams within the contract and managing internal and external stakeholders. Key accountabilities include:

• Ensure successful delivery of commercial activities the department undertakes as well as oversee all administrative activities ensuring they are in adherence with contractual and company expectations
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with all health and safety requirements and to adhere to the best working practices
• Oversee call handling and monitor task completion
• Take an active role in the commercial processing and monitoring of the account
• Implement corrective processes and procedures where necessary
• Support the delivery team through management reporting, data analysis and client report collation on a periodic and ad hoc basis as required by the demands of the contract.
• Complete relevant HR processes including; notification of absence, holiday management, training needs and completion of timesheets.
