What You'll Be Doing
You'll be leading a team of contract support staff and helpdesk operatives, with responsibility for multiple workstreams within the contract and managing internal and external stakeholders. Key accountabilities include:
- Ensure successful delivery of commercial activities the department undertakes as well as oversee all administrative activities ensuring they are in adherence with contractual and company expectations
- Ensure work is carried out in compliance with all health and safety requirements and to adhere to the best working practices
- Oversee call handling and monitor task completion
- Take an active role in the commercial processing and monitoring of the account
- Implement corrective processes and procedures where necessary
- Support the delivery team through management reporting, data analysis and client report collation on a periodic and ad hoc basis as required by the demands of the contract.
- Complete relevant HR processes including; notification of absence, holiday management, training needs and completion of timesheets.

What We're Looking For
You’ll be a strong people manager who doesn’t shy away from performance management. You’ll be confident, self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You’ll have exceptional communication skills using different styles to deliver clear messages at all levels. You’ll find it easy to adapt to change quickly and to the ever-changing priorities. You’ll currently be working within a similar multi-site business as a Team Supervisor, ideally within a call centre operation and have an understanding of FM Operations and delivery models. You’ll have excellent administration and IT skills and be proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint exp is desirable.
