About the Role

develop. is a specialist technology recruitment business partnering with some of the most exciting brands across the UK, Europe, and the US. We focus on building long-term relationships with our clients and candidates, and we’re known for our pace, quality, and service levels.

We are growing and looking for a Contract Team Leader – Europe to build and lead a brand-new European contracts team, driving high-value contract revenue and new client partnerships.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead from the front on business development, bring in new clients, and set the standards for performance, pace, and delivery in a team that will become a core part of develop’s future.

This is an ideal role if you’re a high-performing contract biller with leadership experience (or clear leadership potential), and you’re ready to build a team, a reputation, and a market quickly.

Responsibilities

Building and Leading a New Team

  • Establish and grow a European-focused contract recruitment team, setting the vision, standards, and KPIs.
  • Lead from the front by billing, winning new clients, and setting the pace and expectations for the team.
  • Coach, develop, and support Consultants to hit their numbers and deliver high-quality contract recruitment across Europe.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
