Contract Technical Business Analyst - Mobile Development | 6 Months | £500-600/day

Are you an exceptional Senior Technical Business Analyst who embodies our values of pragmatism, professionalism, and transparency? We're seeking an individual who shares our commitment to excellence. This role is predominantly remote, though you may be required to travel to our London office once or twice over the course of the engagement.

As a Codurance Technical Business Analyst, you will be a pivotal link between clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring successful delivery outcomes for all parties involved. This role is centered around a mobile application being developed for a large logistics organization. You will be the sole BA embedded within a team of client engineers, working in parallel with Codurance colleagues on a broader engagement. It thrives on building trust and fostering collaborative environments, making it ideal for someone who can quickly earn the confidence of senior stakeholders and engineers alike while keeping delivery on track.

This is an urgent requirement with an end-of-August start date.

This is an initial 6-month contract, inside IR35.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary BA for a team of four client engineers, owning requirements, elaboration, and day-to-day delivery support.
  • Engage and manage senior client engineers and business stakeholders, building credibility and trust quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and refinement sessions with a Product Director and senior business representatives.
  • Work closely within a mobile development context, translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Write user stories and elaborate acceptance criteria to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with Codurance colleagues working in parallel to align on the broader engagement and share context where relevant.
  • Shape the engagement roadmap and support the team in staying focused on high-value deliverables.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
