Description
We partner with leading Financial Services organizations to deliver large-scale digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, and platform modernization initiatives across global delivery models.
We are seeking to hire a new team and require an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer for minimum 6 months assignment, inside IR35. To start asap.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to less technical colleagues.
- You will be able to help elicit acceptance criteria for the outcomes, identifying gaps in requirements and ensuring testability.
Job responsibilities
You will be an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong track record in end-to-end and automation testing using the latest tools:
- Playwright, K6, Karate covering UI, and API/service level testing (e.g. REST, messaging, contract testing).
A working knowledge of Kafka and both orchestrated/choreographed event-based systems is a plus.
Experience working in a distributed, cloud-native environment with complex failure modes requiring a different approach to assurance required. In addition, your background will be in the financial services and banking domain.
