Contractor - Senior IT Project Manager
Location: UK (Agile)
Duration: 6-9 Months
IR35 Status: Outside IR35 (Inside IR35 or FTC options also considered)
Deliverables
Technical Design & Integration
- Deliver approved functional and technical design documentation for integrations across ERP, Data Platform, and applications (Kyriba, Clearwater, Anaplan, SAP Concur, Snowflake, claims ingestion).
- Complete Architecture Board reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Produce end-to-end source-to-target mappings covering data flows, transformation logic, and middleware integrations.
- Secure formal sign-off from IT Security, Information Security, Data Office, and key business/technology stakeholders.
- Deliver environment and infrastructure requirements and a Base Architecture Document defining integration patterns, standards, and target state architecture.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Execute and manage all vendor SOWs and contracts within programme timelines.
- Ensure SOWs include required non-functional controls (security, resiliency, performance, support).
- Support commercial negotiations with Procurement and Legal.
- Establish vendor governance, performance reporting, issue escalation, and remediation tracking.
Implementation & Testing
- Coordinate integration deployments across development, test, staging, and production environments.
- Oversee build activities, unit testing, and technical validation with third-party teams.
- Ensure availability of test data for SIT, UAT, NFT, and OAT.
- Manage all testing phases, defect resolution, and retesting.
- Achieve production readiness and support controlled go-live.

Governance, Documentation & Communication
- Maintain integrated project plans, resource plans, RAID logs, and dependency tracking.
- Deliver accurate programme reporting, governance updates, and executive papers.
- Produce high-quality steering packs, minutes, action logs, and decision registers.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement across Business, Finance, Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement.
- Drive proactive risk, issue, and dependency management to support delivery timelines.
