Salary: £22,727pa

Working Hours - 32 hours per week over 4 days, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (Wednesday non-working day) 08:30 - 17:00 per working day

We’re looking for an exceptional Contracts Administrator to join our team in Stevenage working in facilities management sector.

What You'll Be Doing

General outline of duties of the post:

  • Helpdesk – manage end to end process of ad hoc work reported from our client – distributing the work to the correct teams/contractors within the stated SLA’s
  • Time & Attendance – manage and update the details received from the T&A system and confirm details to the Area Manager’s to enable staff are correctly paid
  • To process employee paperwork such as new starters / leavers / sick note etc.
  • Manage end to end processes through the recruitment system
  • Send reports to Area Managers
  • Updating and upkeep of excel spreadsheets
  • Prioritise and planning of workload – Responding promptly to requests/instructions to meet business requirements
  • Represent the business in a professional manner at all times, whilst building and developing excellent working relationships within the business and its customers/suppliers/subcontractors
  • To support the Contract Compliance Manager
  • Follow company policies and procedures as directed

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
