Joseph Stannah founded the business in 1867. A lot has happened since then and today Stannah is a global business. The family is in their fifth generation and plays a hands-on role in running the business. Most people know us for our stairlifts. Our range of products includes lifts, escalators, and homelifts. We also provide maintenance and repair services.

Are you a highly organised and customer-focused administrator looking for your next challenge?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to provide an efficient and professional administrative service in support of our National Contracts customers and branch network.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation. You will be confident working independently and as part of a team, able to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions when required, and remain calm under pressure.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:15
- Friday 09:00 - 16:45
National Contracts Administrator Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer and contract data using databases and Excel.
- Produce reports and monitor progress against customer deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with customers, branches, and colleagues.
- Resolve administrative queries in line with company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and comply with company standards.

Qualifications
National Contracts Administrator Requirements:
- GCSE in English and Maths grade C or above.
- NVQ in Administration (or equivalent) is desirable or proven experience in administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
