Stannah is a family-owned manufacturing and engineering company. Our products move people and goods in and around homes and buildings. We make life easier for people. We do this by improving access for greater convenience and independence.

Joseph Stannah founded the business in 1867. A lot has happened since then and today Stannah is a global business. The family is in their fifth generation and plays a hands-on role in running the business. Most people know us for our stairlifts. Our range of products includes lifts, escalators, and homelifts. We also provide maintenance and repair services.

National Contracts Administrator Jobs in Orpington at Stannah - Join Our Team!

Are you a highly organised and customer-focused administrator looking for your next challenge?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to provide an efficient and professional administrative service in support of our National Contracts customers and branch network.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation. You will be confident working independently and as part of a team, able to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions when required, and remain calm under pressure.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:15
  • Friday 09:00 - 16:45

National Contracts Administrator Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer and contract data using databases and Excel.
  • Produce reports and monitor progress against customer deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, branches, and colleagues.
  • Resolve administrative queries in line with company procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement and comply with company standards.

Qualifications

National Contracts Administrator Requirements:

  • GCSE in English and Maths grade C or above.
  • NVQ in Administration (or equivalent) is desirable or proven experience in administration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office.
