About Our Contracts Administrator
As part of our friendly People Services Team, you’ll support the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on undertaking pre-employment checks, issuing contracts and the overall onboarding experience.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, producing accurate documentation, maintaining HR systems, and acting as a point of contact for new hires. This is a great role if you already have HR administration experience or are looking to build on your foundations in HR Shared Services. Hopefully this gives you a bit of a flavour but more details can be found in the JD attached.

About You
You'll have a HR qualification and ideally worked in a shared service/help desk environment. Alternatively you'll have experience in onboarding and compliance checks.

- Hybrid working. 3 days in office. We are based a few minutes walk from Waterloo station. It's a great location with Lower Marsh and some great street food on your doorstep and easy access to Southbank. Very scenic on a nice day!

Advert will close on the 18th August and we will shortlist the following week. TEAMs calls are booked for the 4th September with final stage interviews to take place in Waterloo on the 8th September.
