Contracts Administrator - (Contract Processing Agent)

Reporting to: Customer Loyalty Team Lead

Location: HQ – Exeter EX2 7JF (Hybrid 4 Days In Office 1 From Home After Successful Probation)

Salary: £25,000 + Annual Performance Based Bonus

(Internal Job Level Reference: Associate)

This role is about attitude as much as ability. We want someone organised, thorough, and genuinely happy to be part of a busy, open-plan team. You'll be working with contracts and documentation as part of our Customer Loyalty team, making sure off-boarding runs accurately and smoothly, so every customer leaves with a great last impression.

You’ll be:

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to work
  • Able to juggle multiple admin tasks without breaking a sweat
  • A strong communicator who works well across teams
  • A problem-solver who can spot issues and suggest improvements
  • Comfortable working independently but loves being part of a collaborative team

What you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced admin or processing environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple steps of a process simultaneously
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently with accuracy and persistence
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
  • Capable of solving problems and suggesting improvements where needed
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
