Job Description:
Job Summary
The Resourcing & Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the allocation of resources and scheduling to ensure efficient operations. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role is for 30 hours per week.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the allocation of resources and scheduling to ensure efficient operations and optimal use of resources.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and scheduling.
- Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor and optimize workforce utilization to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide supervisory management to ensure team performance and adherence to organizational standards.
- Implement talent planning strategies to ensure the availability of skilled resources.
- Ensure compliance with quality of service (QoS) standards and implement strategies to improve service quality.
- Solve problems related to resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in resourcing and scheduling or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience in a similar role within the same industry.

The successful individual must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom for any employer and must all be a current resident in the United Kingdom.
Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:
- Location-based market rate for the role
- Your abilities in relation to the job specification
- Performance during screening and interview
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
