Contracts Administrator

TES are an award-winning environmental engineering company specialising in Water Treatment and Power Distribution solutions. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our team on a 12-month temporary basis.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the contracts manager with all compliance, data and information for project controls and cost forecasts
  • To liaise with subcontractors/suppliers
  • Monitor reports and KPIs relating to the contract administration function and assist in regular contract reviews
  • Organise and manage labour information to enable staff to carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance works
  • Compile and forward maintenance reports to clients
  • Attend meetings with clients where necessary
  • Organise materials to meet contractual programme of works
  • Order materials and raise the associated purchase orders to ensure each job is invoiced accordingly
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure that all requests are handled within the service level agreed, recorded and appropriate action is taken
  • Ensure that engineers' paperwork is completed on time
  • Any other duties conducive to the post which are deemed to be within capability

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of spreadsheets and the creation and maintenance of databases
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Experience in a similar role
