Company Description

As the UK's leading parking and technology-enabled management group, we support more than 9,000 locations across housing, healthcare, education, and commercial estates. We're proud to be Carbon Neutral Britain certified and committed to creating positive outcomes for our clients, communities, and colleagues alike. We're growing quickly, investing heavily in technology, and expanding into new sectors, creating exciting opportunities for people who want to make an impact and be part of something ambitious. Why not join us?

Position

As a Contracts Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the review of a range of documents to ensure that where we are to enter contracts with clients or suppliers, we do so only where appropriate safeguards are in place. You will work with us to identify relevant commercial risks and opportunities identified; this will include the establishment of land/lease ownership of sites upon which the group will provide car park management services.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review and summarize key terms within client and supplier contracts.
  • Verify land ownership, leasehold rights, and authority to instruct parking management services.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise internal teams and clients on documentation required to enable service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with landowners and internal stakeholders to support commercial agreements.
  • Assist with contract updates, renewals, and changes to services or legislation.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure contractual and financial arrangements align.
  • Provide general commercial and administrative support across the team.
  • Support supplier due diligence and onboarding activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
