Role: Contracts Attorney
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $110,000 – $180,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Contracts Attorney to lead commercial contract drafting and negotiation. The role spans customer agreements, vendor contracts, partnerships, and the redlines that decide deal velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements end-to-end
- Manage customer MSAs, DPAs, and order forms across the deal cycle
- Negotiate vendor, partnership, and procurement agreements
- Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows
- Partner with sales, procurement, and security on deal close
- Track and report on contract risk, velocity, and exception trends

Required Skills and Qualifications
- JD with active bar admission in your jurisdiction
- 4+ years in commercial contracts (firm or in-house)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements
- Working knowledge of data protection, IP, and indemnity issues
- Comfort with high-volume contract work and consistent prioritisation
- Familiarity with CLM platforms (Ironclad, LinkSquares, Agiloft) is a plus
