Role Description

The Contracts Co-ordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in Cookstown. The role involves supporting contract administration across active projects, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contract documentation and records. The Contracts Co-ordinator will coordinate communications between internal teams, clients, and suppliers, ensuring that key contract milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements are tracked and met. Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret contract terms, assess risks, and review project data accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Liaising effectively with project teams, clients, suppliers, and management.
  • Contract Negotiation Skills: Supporting discussions on terms, conditions, and variations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contract Management Skills: Maintaining documentation, tracking obligations, monitoring deadlines, and assisting in compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Customer Service Skills: Responding professionally to queries, building positive relationships, and supporting client satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.

Additional Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or a related sector is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
  • A relevant qualification in business, law, construction management, or a related field is advantageous.
