Contracts & Commercial Project Administrator

12-month contract | £400 per day | Inside IR35

Hybrid – predominantly remote with occasional Blackfriars, London attendance

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Project Administrator to join a major technology and professional services organisation on an initial 12-month contract. This is not a conventional Project Administrator or PMO role.

The position sits within Contract Management and combines contracts administration, commercial support, governance, legal operations, and project coordination.

You will work directly with the UK Head of Contract Management, supporting the day-to-day operation of the function while helping deliver a wider Contract Management Framework project across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

You will support activities including:

  • Drafting and reviewing NDAs, contract changes, and contractual correspondence.
  • Supporting contract change and commercial administration.
  • Coordinating contract management meetings, workshops, and governance activities.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, board/governance packs, and training materials.
  • Supporting delivery of the Contract Management Framework project.
  • Maintaining project plans, trackers, actions, and project documentation.
  • Managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) administration.
  • Coordinating contract uploads, metadata transfer, and records maintenance.
  • Maintaining accurate contractual documentation and audit trails.
  • Working across Legal, Commercial, Finance, Service Delivery, and operational teams.
  • Supporting improvements to contract management processes, controls, and governance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
