Contracts Coordinator

Maidstone, Kent | Up to £42,000 | Permanent | Full-time

We’re recruiting for a Contracts Coordinator to join a successful business based in Maidstone.

This is a varied role where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and administration of contracts, working closely with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

If you’re organised, commercially aware, and enjoy keeping things moving, this could be a great opportunity to develop your career within a busy and established business.

The Role

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration of contracts
  • Manage contract documentation, variations, purchase orders, and related paperwork
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Track contract deadlines, renewals, key dates, and deliverables
  • Keep contract records and databases accurate and up to date
  • Support quotations, tenders, and other commercial documentation
  • Raise and process purchase orders and invoices
  • Ensure contractual and commercial requirements are met

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in contracts, commercial administration, contract coordination, or a similar role.

You’ll need to be:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with financial and contractual documentation
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Proactive and able to work independently

Up to £42,000 per annum

Location

Maidstone, Kent

Contract

Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday
