The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Contracts Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in coordinating client projects from order through to completion, working closely with clients, suppliers, site teams and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, site teams and suppliers to confirm specifications, measurements and schedules.
- Process orders using the company’s order entry system.
- Coordinate all aspects of supply and installation for client projects.
- Place and track supplier orders, ensuring accurate lead times and proactively resolving any issues.
- Manage delivery logistics, installation dates and aftercare follow-ups.
- Ensure all paperwork, drawings and project information is complete, accurate and well organised.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to the Commercial Director, Operations Manager and project teams.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery, with a strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
- Handle client calls relating to new enquiries and snagging items.
- Prepare invoices for completed projects and work closely with the Accounts team.
- Maintain accurate records of projects and quotations.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a coordination or administration role.
- Experience within construction, interiors or the glass industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to deadlines.
- Confident using computer systems and software to manage information and keep projects on track.
- A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- A strong commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
Salary
- £28,000 – £34,000 per annum, depending on experience
