Role Overview

We are currently working in partnership with a charity based in North London, who are recruiting for a Contracts Development Manager on a 1 month rolling temporary to permanent contract. The temporary rate is negotiable and the salary is negotiable up to £41,000.

Key Requirements

The candidate will need an enhanced DBS taken out within the last 3 years.

Duties

  • Managing and ensuring the delivery of several projects and partnerships
  • Maximising performance and driving continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Maintaining responsibility for the review of the service performance and budget on a quarterly basis
  • Ensuring service level agreements are in place with partners and key stakeholders
  • Contributing to short and long-term organisational planning and strategy
  • Ensuring timely monitoring and reporting on service outputs & outcomes as required by funders commissioners

Experience Required

  • Experience in project and operational management, including delivering projects and managing contracts, sub-contracts or grants
  • Experience supervising and supporting staff
  • Experience working with a range of statutory and voluntary organisations, with knowledge of fundraising and funder reporting
