Contracts Director – Sydney

We’re Searchability — and we’re looking for an exceptional Recruiter to relocate to Sydney to join our thriving agency specialising in Growth and build out our Contracts division in Australia.
You’ll have the backing of an established global recruitment business, the freedom to build something properly, and the opportunity to create a division that will become a pivotal part of Searchability Australia.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the Contracts division in Sydney and build it from the ground up.
You won’t be inheriting somebody else’s blueprint.
You’ll help create it.
That means winning business, building relationships, generating revenue, hiring brilliant recruiters and developing a high-performing team around you.
You’ll work closely with Searchability’s senior leadership team, but you’ll have the autonomy to make this division your own.
And if you build something exceptional, we want you to share in its success.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll already be an accomplished recruitment leader with a strong track record in technology recruitment and contract markets.
You’ll know how to:
- Build and grow successful recruitment teams
- Develop high-value client relationships
- Drive significant GP and revenue
- Lead from the front and bill
- Attract, develop and retain great recruiters
Experience across Data Centres, Cyber Security, Growth & Performance Marketing or Digital Transformation would be particularly exciting, as these markets align closely with our plans for Australia.
But above everything else, we’re looking for entrepreneurial energy.
