Joining our Commercial team as a Contracts Executive offers the opportunity to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment where your expertise, attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships will have a direct impact across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys problem solving, working with data and navigating complex contract arrangements. You'll work closely with colleagues across Finance, Revenue Cycle, hospital operations and senior commercial stakeholders, gaining broad exposure to the private healthcare market and helping ensure our payer relationships are effectively managed and optimised.

What you'll do

As a Contracts Executive, you'll support the full contract management lifecycle, helping ensure our commercial agreements operate effectively and deliver the best outcomes for the business. You'll:

  • Support the management of payer relationships, responding to queries and ensuring contractual obligations are tracked and delivered.
  • Interpret commercial agreements and provide guidance to colleagues across the organisation to support contract compliance.
  • Monitor payer performance, investigate variances and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
  • Support pricing and audit activities, including analysis of billing rules, pricing queries and commercial data.
  • Help develop best practice guidance, training materials and process improvements that support operational excellence.

What we're looking for

You'll be a highly organised and analytical professional who enjoys working collaboratively and building strong working relationships. To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Experience working within a commercial contracts environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and numerical ability.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and perform well in a fast paced environment.

Experience within private healthcare, knowledge of payer contracts and familiarity with systems such as Meditech would be advantageous.
