Contracts Executive

Looking for a Contracts Executive to join a recruitment client of mind in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate client-facing agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, Work Orders, and NDAs across UK and EEA jurisdictions. Work closely with Compliance to ensure all required flow-down obligations are clearly communicated and incorporated.
• Risk & Commercial Management: Review and negotiate contract terms to ensure they align with company risk guidelines, covering areas such as liability caps, indemnities, intellectual property rights, termination provisions, payment terms, engagement models, and contractual restrictions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Working with Sales, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure the relevant contractual terms are communicated, and aligned with operational processes, billing structures, delivery capabilities, and communicating the necessary flow down terms for Compliance.
• Contract Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of executed agreements, monitor key contractual dates and renewals, and provide reporting on commercial milestones and obligations.
• Client Support: Manage client queries through a shared inbox and represent the business in client calls and meetings, providing clear contractual guidance and support throughout the engagement lifecycle.
