About The Role
As a Contracts Field Installation Manager, you will lead and manage installation services across the South West, working closely with subcontracted fitters to ensure projects are delivered to high-quality standards, within agreed timescales, and against key performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard installers to support new customer requirements
- Coordinate installation teams to deliver quality service and meet targets
- Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards
- Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects
- Identify and implement improvements to installation processes
- Complete relevant administrative tasks and reporting
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team

About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience managing onsite installations and working with subcontractors
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Creative approach with the ability to support strategic tenders
- Valid CSCS card or SSSTS certification required
