About The Role

As a Contracts Field Installation Manager, you will lead and manage installation services across the South West, working closely with subcontracted fitters to ensure projects are delivered to high-quality standards, within agreed timescales, and against key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard installers to support new customer requirements
  • Coordinate installation teams to deliver quality service and meet targets
  • Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards
  • Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects
  • Identify and implement improvements to installation processes
  • Complete relevant administrative tasks and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience managing onsite installations and working with subcontractors
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Creative approach with the ability to support strategic tenders
  • Valid CSCS card or SSSTS certification required
