Contracts Lead (MBNL)
📍 Newbury, Berkshire (Hybrid Working)
At VodafoneThree, we're building the UK's best network and we're looking for a commercially minded Contracts Lead to play a key role in managing one of our most strategic network partnerships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to sit at the heart of our UK Networks organisation, ensuring contractual, commercial and operational obligations are effectively managed while supporting the delivery of critical network infrastructure programmes.
What you'll be doing
As the Contracts Lead, you'll act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters within the MBNL partnership, working closely with Network Delivery, Design, Operations, Finance, Procurement and Legal teams.
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing expert guidance on contract interpretation, obligations, risks and opportunities
- Leading contract governance, assurance and compliance activities
- Managing contractual communications, change requests and supplier engagement
- Identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks
- Supporting dispute resolution and escalation management
- Driving supplier performance, accountability and contractual compliance
- Providing commercial insight to support network strategy and optimisation objectives
- Building strong collaborative relationships across VodafoneThree and key external partners

What we're looking for
We're interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Significant experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management, Supplier Management or Strategic Partner Management
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Experience managing complex supplier relationships and governance frameworks
- Ability to interpret and navigate complex contractual arrangements
- Experience working in technology, telecommunications, infrastructure or other highly regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to operate confidently across technical, commercial and operational teams
