Contracts Manager for a high-end joinery manufacturer based in Northern Ireland.

Role Overview

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects in London from concept to completion, serving as the point of contact for clients, contractors, and the design & manufacturing team throughout the lifecycle of the fit out.

Responsibilities

  • Manage joinery and fit-out projects from initial brief through to installation and client handover.
  • Work closely with in-house design and manufacturing teams to ensure all projects are accurately produced to specification and aligned with deadlines.
  • Oversee all site-based fit out activities, managing subcontractors, installation teams, and logistics for timely delivery and assembly.
  • Monitor project budgets and procurement schedules.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and client updates.
